Terms & Conditions – CV Optimisation Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of CV Workshop’s CV Optimisation Service. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

CV Workshop is a trading name of Hayman Executive Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 8853164), with registered office at 6 Fordbridge Road, Ashford, TW15 2SG. VAT No: 203 1263 68.

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with CV Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Acceptance of Service

Engaging with our CV Optimisation Service implies your full acceptance of these terms.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed once your order is accepted by CV Workshop. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Pricing and Ownership

i. All prices listed on the CV Workshop website include VAT at the prevailing rate.
ii. All website content and intellectual property belong to CV Workshop. Copying, reproduction, or use without permission is prohibited.
iii. While we strive for accuracy, CV Workshop cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions on the website.

5. Ordering and Cancellations

i. Orders are initiated by submitting your CV via email.
ii. Cancellations made before the Information Gathering call are free of charge.
iii. Cancellations made after the call but before work begins will incur a 50% charge.
iv. If work has commenced, or the Optimised CV has been completed, the full fee will be charged.

6. Personal Information Collection

i. We collect personal data (contact details, employment history, education, salary expectations, etc.) to deliver our service.
ii. Your data is stored securely and will never be shared without your explicit consent.

7. Invoicing and Payment

i. An invoice will be issued upon completion of your Optimised CV.
ii. Payment is to be made via bank transfer.
iii. Payments overdue by more than 7 days will be referred to our debt recovery agency.

8. Turnaround and Delivery

i. We aim to deliver your Optimised CV within the timeframe stated on our website.
ii. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
iii. Completed documents are delivered in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats via email.

9. Adjustments and Satisfaction Guarantee

i. Once you receive your Optimised CV, it will be considered final unless adjustments are requested.
ii. Please email us with your requested changes — we’ll review them in light of our professional recommendations.
iii. We aim to process adjustments within 24 hours. During peak periods, this may take longer.
iv. An invoice will still be issued once the initial Optimised CV is sent, regardless of requested adjustments.

10. Agreement Confirmation

By using our CV Optimisation Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
